EPA releases updates to CompTox Chemicals Dashboard

EPA has released Version 2.5 of the CompTox Chemicals Dashboard. Updated tools include SeqAPASS and ToxCast. Some featured updates are:

  • A new default option, “Formula Contains,” for the Advanced Search > Molecular Formula Search.
  • Addition of a “Reply” column to the Comments page.
  • Updates of Hazard and high-throughput phenotypic profiling (HTPP) data and assay descriptions, respectively, to accordions to be more widely accessible.
  • Inclusion of the MS-Ready mass and MS-Ready formulae in the downloaded Batch Search file after MS-Ready SMILES are selected.
