Abstract
Computer Assisted Molcular Modelling (CAMM), versucht mittels Computerunterstützung Phrmakophore zu identifizieren, die in optimaler Weise an den Rezeptorstellen von Makromolekülen binden können. Dadurch können Tierversuche im 'drug screening process' eingespart werden.
